• Market-based strategies executed by experienced operators.

The platform retains full discretion over trading strategies, execution methods, timing, and asset allocation.

4. HIGH-RISK DISCLOSURE

The Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

• Cryptocurrency and Forex markets are highly volatile;

• Prices may fluctuate rapidly and unpredictably;

• Past performance does NOT guarantee future results;

• There is a significant risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.

The Client accepts that losses may exceed expectations, and in extreme market conditions, capital loss may be substantial.

The Client understands and agrees that:

• No profits are guaranteed;

• No fixed returns are guaranteed, regardless of any examples or scenarios shown;

• Any percentages mentioned are illustrative only, not promises;

The platform makes NO warranties, expressed or implied, regarding profitability or capital preservation.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

By participating, the Client declares that:

• They are acting of their own free will;

• They invest only funds they can afford to lose;

• They accept full responsibility for their investment decisions.

The platform shall not be held liable for the Client’s financial decisions.

7. INVESTMENT OPTIONS

The Client waives all rights to claim compensation for losses arising from trading activities.
